1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

    • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and resalable condition.
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 Please wait for Approval: Our team will respond within two business days with return instructions.

 3. Refund Process

 Refunds will be processed within five business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped).

 If your Edge Dusting comb arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement.

    • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

7. International Returns

    • Customers outside Canada/USA are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
